CONES MADE USING QUALITY RAW MATERIALS IN CUNEO

Icona - Divisoria

"What would ice cream be without a good cone?"

Producing ice cream cones and wafers using quality raw materials is a family tradition For Ferrari.
In 1972, brothers Aldo and Bruno Bongiovanni, a baker and a confectionery agent, respectively, decided to abandon their respective businesses in Alba to take over a company based in the centre of Cuneo, whose premises was derived from several garages in a small courtyard. Thanks to the owners' passion and commitment, the business grew rapidly and soon, it was necessary to move to a larger location with more advanced machinery. The company then moved to Madonna dell'Olmo in an easily accessible area in the outskirts of Cuneo. Today, the company's headquarters cover an area of 1,600 m2, which is divided between a large production room and a well-equipped warehouse. Over the years, even their children have developed a passion for their parents' craft and have started working with the company, successfully carrying on the family tradition.

Our philosophy

Ferrari Snc's production is based on the belief that the cone must be a container capable of enhancing ice cream without overwhelming its flavour. For this reason, the Cuneo-based company uses only quality raw materials mixed together in a workmanlike manner to guarantee the right balance in terms of flavour and consistency.
